The company was established in 1995 to specialize in importing vehicles from Japan.  Though every company in the car trade claims to be directly importing many are not successful in procuring even half of what their customers require.  Importing cars is a full time activity needing dedicated interaction between prices in importing/exporting countries and also the style and the utility trends.

After 5 years of servicing the trade, our company has gathered enough database about preferences in New Zealand and also mechanical peculiarities of different makes and models.  We have set up an internal mechanical check system that checks every car to any good mechanical checking agency standards.

From Wholesale to Retail

After having successfully operated wholesale venture, our company has stepped into the retail arena.  The prime objective is to establish the Frontline brand of vehicles mainly through the Internet.  Focus is on prospective customers who have narrowed down their list of choices and are knowledgeable about best buys that are there in the range of what they want.

The company has chosen a warehouse to store and sell the cars.  This achieves various economies of scale against flash retail yards.  Also our company has adopted the policy to keep limited inventory but offer cars in transit and in Japan with photos to give a good range and attractive prices to customers.  Our set up mainly attracts specific buyers who have inquired about our cars, seen photos on the Web or by Email and also have gone through prices of similar vehicles in the market.  The result thus achieves one more economy where we do not have to use the services of sales staff for servicing our customers' requirements.  The savings of rent, advertisement and sales personnel makes our cars among the most competitive compared to similar ones in similar conditions.
